Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first by email. We do not currently participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute body. The former EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025, so we no longer link to it.

Liability for content

We prepare the content of this website with care and review it regularly; each information page shows the date of its last review and lists its sources. The information is general and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Laws, fees and the rules of third parties change; please check the original sources before relying on them.

Links to other websites

This website contains links to websites of third parties, such as legislation, public authorities, unions and event organisers. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it. We checked linked pages when we added the links; if you notice a broken or problematic link, please let us know.
