Upload Passport Photo
Upload a recent passport-sized photo using the “Upload Photo” button. Your image should be in 2:3 format with a maximum file size of 3 MB. If your photo needs adjustment, you can conveniently crop it with our integrated online tool.

Select Validity and Options
Choose the desired validity period for your press pass. The standard validity is one year, with an optional extension of up to three years. You can also customize the signature options to suit your needs.

In the preview, you can see the layout and details of your future press pass. Carefully check all details and tick the required confirmation boxes to ensure your information is correct.

Complete the Application
When all information is correct, click “Save” to proceed with your order and complete the application process.

Utilisation:

You may only use our International Press Card during your journalistic work. Private utilisation is prohibited.

Appearance:

The International Press Card is imprinted on the PVC cards with the thermo-transfer printing process (Norm ISO/IEC 7810). The card has the following measurements: 85,60 mm × 53,98 mm.

The appearance of the card equals the picture above but can deviate in colour. Especially the background and contrast might differ in colour. The background could brigthen due to the printing process.

The signature field stays empty and is not especially roughened for the signature. We recommend a permanent marker in the right size  for your signature.

The relevant fields are filled with your stated information without any further check. The edges of the card can not be printed, causing a small gap where you can see the white card. The emblem-alike sign on the lower left of the card, is not a hologram. This sign shows the date of issue. The circular sign, up in the right corner, shows the date of expiry.
